A Coffee company in the North Shore is looking for experienced Kitchen Hand. Duties includes:Prepare and make a variety of Chinese pastries, including steamed buns, dumplings(along with fillings), and pancakes •Assist with the preparation of Chinese porridge and a selection of cold Chinese dishes •Perform ingredient prep work, including chopping vegetables, prepping meats, and preparing sauces •Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards •Assist in the daily food prep work, ensuring all ingredients are ready and available for service •Prepare and cook basic dishes, including porridge and cold dishes •Follow food safety and hygiene practices in all aspects of food handling and kitchen tasks •Restock and organize kitchen inventory, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored •Learn and adapt to new recipes as per the restaurant’s menu requirements. Job Requirements
Must be experienced Kitchen hand. Must have good communication skills and good customer service. Must be teachable, reliable, hard working, a team player and able to do shift work between 7am to 6pm. Able to follow instructions and follow Health and safety policies. Must pass police check and drug test
