About the Role We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team, specializing in water blasting services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Your role will involve using high-pressure cleaning equipment to restore surfaces to their best condition, ensuring client satisfaction every step of the way. • Operate high-pressure water blasting equipment for cleaning various surfaces (driveways, building exteriors, machinery, etc.). • Pre-job loading of necessary supplies and equipment, • Inspects work areas prior to the job starting and complete setup, • Adhere to safety and environmental regulations at all times, attend toolbox safety meetings, • Maintain and service equipment to ensure optimal performance, Clean and maintain all equipment upon return to the yard, reporting any equipment in need of repair / maintenance, • Complete tasks efficiently and with attention to detail. • Drive company vehicles safely and legally • Share in the responsibility of the job as a crew.

• Previous experience in water blasting or related industries such as labouring in a civil environment (preferred but not essential, training provided). • A strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality work. • Enjoy hands on practical work • Good physical fitness, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. • A valid NZ Class 1 Driver’s License, • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-first attitude. • Ability to work unsupervised • Comply with health and safety requirements, • Reliable punctual and committed, • Can do attitude,
