Retail Supervisor

A local retail employer is seeking three supervisors to work full-time in their retail store. Duties will include responding to customers' enquiries and complaints about goods and services, planning and preparing work schedules, assigning staff to specific duties. Staff management will include interviewing, hiring, and training, managing their performance, dismissing and promoting staff, and resolving staff grievances. Other duties also include instructing staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales procedures, examining returned goods and deciding on appropriate action taking inventory of goods for sale, ordering new stock ensuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed and ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced.
