Our employer is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead and inspire their kitchen team. This is a hands -on position, requiring leadership across all kitchen sections, and you'll work closely with both the kitchen and front of house staff to create a cohesive and efficient environment. Staff training and development will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring the teams skills are continually improving. You will have strong support from our senior management in areas such as: Kitchen and equipment upkeep Staff rostering Food cost and wage control Menu preparation

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and the hospitality industry, with a creative flair for developing and presenting dishes. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years experience managing a busy, high-volume kitchen, including handling functions, large bookings, set menus, and daily menu preparation. We require applicants to hold a cookery certification and a Food Handling Hygiene 167 qualification. Additionally, a minimum of a restricted drivers' licence and reliable transport is necessary.
