As they continue to expand, they are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Officer to join their team at Takanini and contribute to the ongoing success of the operations.
Key Responsibilities As a Purchase Officer, you will be responsible for: - Planning and providing after sales support and services. - Liaising with finance manager as to customer assessment. - Promoting sales and customer reviews on social media. - Managing procedures, policies and protocol relating to customer relations and services provided. - Ensuring operational efficiency and in dealing with customers. - Ensuring customer service provision by car sales persons. - Reviewing customer service relations between customers and car sales persons. - Monitoring targets. - Ensuring and maintaining sales records.

Job Requirements
To be considered for the Purchase Officer position, you should have:
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year experience in similar role and/or level 2 or 3 qualifications. - Experience in automotive industry is a plus but not required. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - High level of organization with strong attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software/tools. - A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. - Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team. - Must pass Ministry of Justice check.
