Calling all Construction Graduates and Qualified Carpenters! Are you interested in Project Management? Join our Cadetship! The successful candidate will work with our site teams and be involved in construction projects that cover a broad range of build sectors including commercial, healthcare, education and retail. To be considered for this opportunity any candidate must have a genuine interest in construction and committed to forging a successful career within this field. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently studying or who have a diploma or degree in construction and/or engineering. A Construction Management Cadet As a Construction Management Cadet, you will be mentored under the direction of Senior Site Managers. You will undertake assigned projects, learn the methodology and programme performance standards, on live projects. This role would suit individuals who wish to experience current construction techniques in action within a supportive team-based environment. Key qualities required • A high level of attention to detail • Good communication skills, both written and verbal • Show initiative in handling and prioritising tasks and solving problems • Work within and contribute to a team environment • The ability to multitask efficiently

• Must pass a Drug test • Must have a clean MOJ • Own Vehicle • Minimum Restricted Licence
