• Adaptable, capable of working in high-pressure environments • Operate a designated kitchen section • Understand and execute Head Chef’s directions • Prepare and cook food across all stations; skilled in various culinary areas • Maintain food hygiene standards • Plan menus, estimate food requirements • Monitor dish quality during preparation and presentation • Train less experienced kitchen staff • Manage daily ordering, stock control, and rotation • Ensure safe food storage and handling per food control plans and best practices • Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling objects up to 23kg • Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy work environment • Control and rotate stock • Advantageous knowledge in Malaysian, Indonesian, or Thai cuisine • Skilled in baking, pastries, and bread making

• Motivated with a positive attitude to uphold morale in the kitchen • Adaptable, and able to work in a high pressure environment • Always behaving in a professional manner, following Mulan's appearance, dress & uniform code • Be able to work weekends • Team Player
