A global fast food brand franchisee with multiple stores in Central Auckland is seeking to hire Shift/Duty Manager for their Parnell store. Duties include assisting the Manager in the development of the store through ensuring the adherence to existing systems which increases sales and promotes the smooth running of the store. To ensure the store is trading in accordance with the specified standards. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial - Management of financial reports/transactions through daily budgeting - Management of sales targets and KPI Human Resources - Managing staff - Developing training strategies for new and existing staff - Facilitating training Operational - Stock control/ordering of stock/preparation of the WISR - Management of food hygiene, safety and other relevant statutory requirements - Shift management - Marketing - Planning, organising, monitoring, and measuring daily and special functions - Receiving deliveries - Preparing orders - Selling product during peak hours

Job Requirements

Experience in Fast food industry and Management experience . Must be able to cover various shifts. This is a seven-day operation and candidates need to be available every day. This is a 5 day/week position with 2 days off per week.

Shift work, 5 days per week from 6am to midnight. (30 hours per week)
