Creative Chef for Wine Bar

We are a casual, vibrant wine bar. We pride ourselves on serving delicious small plates paired with a wide selection of wines. Our atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and we are looking for an experienced chef who shares our passion for creating great food.

We are wanting An experienced chef who is not only skilled in cooking but also has a passion for creating exceptional dishes. You'll have the ability to: Write menus and create specials that excite our customers. Cook delicious food that consistently impresses. Have a strong understanding of Food Control Plan and maintain high standards of hygiene. Stay calm under pressure, handling the kitchen efficiently during busy times. Possess excellent organisation and time management skills, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly. Be responsible for ordering supplies, managing stock, and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently, especially in a sole charge environment (though you'll have support from the upstairs team).
