Class 5 Truck Drivers

Seeking Class 5 Truck Drivers. Duties will include loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe and timely manner, making regular quality checks of vehicles to ensure they can be driven safely. Ensuring goods are stowed and securely covered to prevent loss and damage. Reporting vehicle maintenance needs. Coordinating with shipping companies to arrange pickup and delivery. Monitoring the status of shipments and updating customer accounts with information about delivery status. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver schedules, and vehicle maintenance. Address any problems that arise during transportation, such as delays or vehicle breakdowns. Make sure that all operations adhere to local laws, regulations, and company policies. Monitor and assess the performance of drivers and vehicles to improve efficiency. Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of all goods being shipped to ensure that freight can be booked efficiently.
