Store Manager - Takapuna
About this job
Store Manager required for a shop in Takapuna specialising in a delicious range of smoothies, juices, salads and wraps. In this role you will be: • Leading and motivating a team of employees to achieve store goals; • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints; • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment; • Preparing and serving food and beverages according to company standards; • Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently; • Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures; • Completing administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will have: • 1 year Management experience; • 1 year Hospitality experience; • 1 year experience managing Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Labour Costs; • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Food handling certificate (preferred). Must be able to pass a Drug test and a Ministry of Justice check

- Rostered across Monday-Sunday. Work 5 days a week including at least 1 weekend day from 8.30am to 6pm. 30-45 hours a week (30 hours per week)
