Office Administrator
About this job
We are seeking an office administrator to:
- Perform accountancy tasks, including invoicing and processing orders accurately and efficiently. - Interact with clients and customers in a professional manner, both in person and through various communication channels. - Assist to operate the website, ensuring it is up-to-date and user-friendly. - Experience with Google Docs for document management. - Work with Xero for accounting and financial reporting.
This role offers a commitment of 30 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours during the busy season. If you are organised, have strong communication skills, and are proficient in the required software, we would love to hear from you!
Job Requirements
Demonstrate professionalism and reliability, adaptability to changing situations and tasks. Must be able to work well within a team.
