Customer Service Representative
About this job
Based in the Wellington CBD , a utilities company is seeking fulltime Customer Services Representatives to join their inbound call centre team. The duties will include receiving inbound customer calls, responding to customer needs, problem solving, checking customers are receiving the best deals, and working across multiple computer systems. Full training on the company in-house system will be provided. Suitable applicants must have excellent communication, customer service, computer and keyboard skills. The call centre hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm. The company does not use scripts, looking for positive human interaction with their customers.
Job Requirements
A great attitude, fast keyboard skills, good with technology, customer service / conversational skills, previous customer service experience advantageous . If successful the first 12 weeks will involve training, fulltime Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
