A reputable golf club based in Te Arai are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their FOH team at our latest venues. Their F&B team will provide an unparalleled experience for members and guests!

Key responsibilities will include: - Providing skilled, efficient, and knowledgeable bartending and wine service - Ensuring the dining areas are clean, correctly maintained and stocked and that table appointments set-ups are impeccable, maintaining presentation and flow - Display and uphold a graceful and proactive table service by emphasising service sequence and core standards - Ensure efficient service of all meals, snacks, beverage, and functions - Assist in monthly stock takes - Assist in end of shift reporting

Job Requirements

- A years’ experience as a bar tender or server - High-end hospitality experience is essential - Barista, cocktail, and wine knowledge - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Superb guest service and teamwork - Full understanding of required sequence and standards for a high-end operation - Availability to work flexible hours as required including nights/weekends and public holidays NZ Drivers License
