Responsibilities: Safely, efficiently, and effectively deliver care by prioritizing and attending to residents' needs, including showering, dressing, grooming, mobility support, eating/feeding, medicating, and toileting. Adhere to duty schedules and the Nursing Procedure Manual, seeking assistance in difficult care delivery situations when necessary. Provide input and actively participate in the planning and delivery of care for residents, considering individual needs and preferences.
