The Breakfast Chef will prepare high-quality breakfast dishes while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency in the kitchen. You’ll be responsible for the morning service, ensuring that all dishes are cooked and presented to a high standard, adhering to the establishment’s recipes and guidelines.
Job Requirements
Proven experience working in a commercial kitchen as a Chef Be a hardworking team player who is able to work under pressure with a positive attitude Have up to date knowledge of current Food Safety and Occupational Health and Safety legislation Hold food safety Unit Standards 167 and 168 or equivalent Demonstrate a passion for great food and quality. Proven reliability. Demonstrate experience of kitchen leadership and the ability to lead a team by building a motivated and cohesive unit.

- Hours of work will be a minimum of 30 hours a week with early start 3:30 and includes weekend work. (30 hours per week)
