Key job duties are listed below: — Cleaning kitchen and restaurant dishes and cutlery etc. — Helping with packing food. — Assisting chefs and cooks as needed including doing basic cooking tasks such as reheating of simple food. — Making sure the kitchen is clean and well presented at all times. — Making sure safety standards are maintained at all times. — Checking incoming supplies to make sure they meet high standards. — Clearing rubbish areas. — Broom and mopping floors, sanitizing working benches and other kitchen areas. — Candidates must be willing to do lunch and dinner shifts (split shifts) as needed. — Availability over the weekend is required. — Will be required to help restaurant team as needed. — Must follow head chef and restaurant managers instructions at all times.
