Restaurant Supervisor required for a Mission Bay Restaurant
About this job
Duties include planning menus in consultation with Chefs , maintaining a positive cost management index for kitchen and restaurant operations, supervising and managing employees. You will be managing all day-to-day operations and understand employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence. .Provides the leadership, vision and direction to bring together and prioritize the departmental goals in a way that will be efficient and effective, planning and organising special functions • arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget. Must As well as maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions, while ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance and conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service, selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff and cash management
Job Requirements
Must have relevant industry experience and references to confirm. Must be able to work the required hours

- 30 hours rostered between 11-10pm any day Mon-Sun (30 hours per week)
