Your previous depth and breadth of experience in quality assurance and capability measures, will enable you to make quick work of gripping up our group's quality assurance and capability strategies.

The ability to collaborate and lead with influence, are skills that come naturally to you, as you partner with our senior leaders and their teams to build and deliver our quality and capability workstreams. There will be actionable and measurable outcomes relevant to our overall group strategy.

You will be responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of a group-wide Quality & Capability Frameworks, including the review and assurance practices and continuous improvement of systems and processes associated with this function.

You'll be the thought leader to our senior leaders on the methodologies and standards for quality assurance and capability building. You'll bring your extensive practical application of building quality of advice, capability of our people including Te Ao Maori capability ideally from your work within a large/complex organisation.

These are 'doing' roles and will suit someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into broader work across the team if required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Excellent planning, and written and verbal communication skills • An ability to work with ambiguity and to move quickly in a dynamic environment • To be outcomes focused, and prepared to get stuck in to achieve desired outcomes • Strong and collaborative stakeholder management skills • A well-rounded understanding of both strategy and operational priorities • High degree of proficiency in the use of digital tools and platforms to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes, enabling real-time insights and actionable intelligence for improvements • Experience setting short-, medium- and long-term quality and capability performance measures • Ability to integrate understanding and application of matauranga Maori and te ao Maori principles into the work programme would be an advantage.

$110,766 to $143,388 based on skills and experience.
