Duty Manager

A Warkworth based employer is looking for a reliable Duty Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role your responsibilities include:

• Perform day-to-day duties at the store as directed by the Store Manager. • Take full responsibility for shifts in terms of store operations, team management, production, and quality standards to ensure the smooth running of the business. • Focus on sales to ensure that the business runs smoothly and performs at required company standards. • Manage overall operations, cost controls, health and safety and driving profitability during every shift. • Record financial transactions and reconcile it at the end of each day including the cash payments. • Maintain inventory and stock levels. Order products as required ensuring that stock is available at all times. • Help with training the team members and allotting duties to them for daily functioning. • Dealing with customer complaints in a collaborative manner and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Manage order deliveries as and when required.

• 6 Months of relevant work experience • Available to work on weekends, late evenings until 1 AM and public holidays • Team worker • Interpersonal Skills • Good with managing time. • Physically fit to stand for a longer duration • Hardworking and passionate individual • Attention to detail • Valid Driver’s License
