A beloved institution in Waikanae, renowned for its mouthwatering menu, famous ‘vanilla slice’ and warm welcoming atmosphere. As recipients of the prestigious 'Top Shop' Cafe award, we take pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our loyal customers.

Duties include: • Prepare and cook delicious lunches and cabinet food with creativity and attention to detail. • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste. • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials. • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
