Calling all Support Workers for Permanent full-time for the Thames area. We are seeking people newer to the industry to help with our less complex clients. What does a Support Worker do? Our support workers are caring people with a commitment to providing the best possible support to our clients. Each client will have individual care requirements and you will support them with all elements of daily living such as personal care, food preparation, mobility or bowel/urinary continence care and ensure medication needs are met. You may also help our clients to participate in the community, undertake shopping for them or help them to take part in their hobbies.

Job Requirements
-Have a Full/Restricted driver's licence and own vehicle. -Genuinely love working with people who need support and seeing them thrive. -Be open to working alongside families to create a good life for the client. -Level 2 qualification in health and wellbeing -Those with no experience but the right attitude is encouraged to apply -This role involves shift work, with a variety of shifts available. -Must be able to pass MOJ check
