Team Lead / Site Auditor Wanted This role demands a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Schedule all clients based on their requests. Allocate cleaners according to client requests, ensuring cleaners have the correct cleaning instructions as per the cleaning agreement between S.K.C.M and the client. Maintain records of cleaning stock for each team. Ensure each team has sufficient cleaning products for the week and request a purchase order if stock is low. Conduct monthly audits. Schedule monthly audits with the team. Write a report after each audit with the outcomes. If necessary, schedule re-training sessions. Provide necessary training for new team members following the New Staff Training Process. Introduce all cleaning products and equipment. Pair new team members with experienced staff for training. Quote for new clients and allocate the appropriate team members based on their strengths.

Job Requirements

Must have a Class 1 car licence must be able to pass a Ministry of Justice check and a Drug Test.

Days of work
Monday to Saturday from 6am to 11pm depending on the shift. (40 hours per week)
