Provide tailored optical solutions and creative approaches to complex visual problems. Deliver exceptional client experiences, consistently exceeding expectations. Contribute to the practice’s revenue and profitability through effective work and sales. Assist in managing the retail floor and optical lab, ensuring smooth operations. Approach sales with attention to stock management, meeting both client needs and practice requirements.Maintain accurate stock records and ensure the product suite is well-represented on the sales floor. Support team members by learning other roles and assisting during times of reduced staff capacity. Communicate with empathy and integrity, engaging effectively with patients, team members, and the company.Actively participate in operational improvements and commit to continuous personal and team development. Represent the brand professionally through personal presentation and a positive workplace culture.

The ideal person will have at least three years of experience in the optical industry, allowing you to have a sound understanding of our client’s needs. Willingness to dedicate full effort during work hours to fulfilling job duties and responsibilities. Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written together with excellent customer service skills.Excellent computer literacy, with the ability to use various software and tools efficiently. Experience using Optomate software is preferable.
