General - All-Rounder (Factory and Food Cart)

An employer based in Richmond is seeking a General All-Rounder to join their team. This role includes some factory work, operation of the foodcart - a real fruit ice-cream trailer and some general cleaning duties for food preparation in a factory environment. The most advantageous skill that you will have is the ability to tow and back and manoeuvre a single axel box trailer (the food cart).

Your general duties included but are not limited to: packing, grading fruit and stacking packaged frozen and powdered fruit. Some cleaning duties involved - cleaning down the factory, ready for operations the next day. Some forklift duties if certified. Customer service experience will be advantageous if you are involved in our ice cream cart operations, which is seasonal. Handyman abilities a bonus!! Prefer someone who can lift and stack up to 12kgs. Ideally a fit person with a and a team player. A forklift ticket would be advantageous. Would be great if the person has a full drivers Licence and can back a trailer. Extra work could be available to the right candidate. Prefer non smokers, clean MOJ. Must be able to pass Drug test. Hours and days will vary depending on how you fit into the team - with the operation of the food cart this roster could run across 7 days. Factory Hours - 7am - 2pm Cleaning Hours 2pm - 4pm Food cart will need to be placed by 10am and collected at 5pm - possible 6pm finish by the time it is returned to site and packed down.
