About this job
• Preparing and cooking all the dishes offered by the restaurant • Seasoning food during preparation and cooking, when necessary • Monitoring the quality of food at all stages of preparation, cooking and presentation • Assisting in improving dishes • Assisting in managing the overall operation of kitchen • Assisting in ordering supplies and stocks • Ensuring kitchen’s operation complies with hygiene and safety regulations.

- Rostered Monday to Friday 4 Pm to 1 AM; Saturday and Sunday 11AM to 1 AM Friday Saturday and Sunday compulsory (30 hours per week)
