About this job
Cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish. Preparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines on quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety. Maintaining a clean work environment in order to prevent food contamination. Reporting any problems with kitchen equipment to the manager on duty. Sterilizing all utensils, instruments, and equipment used in sushi preparation before every use. May take orders and receiving payment from customers
Job Requirements
Qualification is not required. The capability of operating kitchen equipment. Relevant experience is an advantage but not required as training will be provided. Must pass a police check and drug test.

- Monday to Sunday, 5:00am to 6:00pm rotating roster (30 hours per week)
