About this job
• To produce a quality range of bakery products, ensuring quality, range, freshness, consistency and profitability targets are achieved • To provide a high level of customer service. 2.1.1 Preparation and Presentation of Bakery Products 2.1.2 Shop presentation, stock movement and prevent wastage through product rotation 2.1.3 Ticketing and pricing of products 2.1.4 Assist with department stocktake 2.1.5 High level of Customer Service through keeping up to date with product knowledge, promotional information and ensuring that accurate advice is provided to customers 2.1.6 Ensure departmental compliance with Food Control Plan, Health and Safety policies and procedures
