Assist in menu planning, food preparation, and developing new dishes to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Monitor stock levels, ensure proper storage, and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed. Work efficiently under pressure during peak hours while maintaining quality and presentation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Proven experience as a cook specializing in Continental, Indian, and Tandoor cuisine. Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment. Expertise in Tandoor cooking techniques and handling a Tandoor oven. Ability to follow recipes, maintain consistency in flavor and presentation. Good understanding of portion control, waste management, and kitchen operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work in shifts (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) including weekends and holidays.
