Prep Chef

OTAGO/QUEENSTOWN LAKES: Our employer is looking for a Prep Chef, to join the team, in beautiful Queenstown.

This is a full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours-maximum of 40 hours across a flexible week, working weekends and weekdays.

Most of the work would be in the kitchen prepping but I would also like to train them out front to help if needed. So, a great personality would be awesome!

Duties include but are not limited to: • Preparing food to be served in a busy restaurant. • Ordering and maintaining stock levels • Keeping up the cleanliness and FCP standards • Positive attitude and willingness to learn Team.

Days and hours: • Minimum of 30 hours-maximum of 40 hours across a flexible week, working weekends and weekdays. • Working on a rotating roster 7 days a week with two days off.

Pay Rate: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Some kitchen experience preferred Ideally chef or some training in the food and hospitality sector.
