Class 4 Tipper Truck Driver : Night shift

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Class 4 Transport Driver with tipping experience to join our team in the civil construction sector. This role involves the transportation of aggregate materials, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries using a 6-wheeler tipper truck. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction transport and be committed to safety, regulatory compliance, and vehicle care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a 6-wheeler tipper truck to pick up and deliver aggregate materials to various construction sites. • Maintain the tipper truck by performing regular checks and ensuring it is kept in good working order. • Collaborate with site teams to ensure materials are delivered on time and in accordance with project needs. • Adhere to all safety protocols, both on-site and while driving, including road safety regulations and site-specific rules. • Provide flexibility with working hours, as shifts may alternate between day and night work based on project requirements. • Minimum of 40 hours per week and the possibility of weekend work as required by your manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Class 4 with tipping experience is a must. • Proven experience as a transport driver in civil construction will be considered only. • Flexibility to work both day and night shifts. • A positive attitude towards the maintenance and care of machinery. • A strong understanding of and commitment to NZ Transport Regulations.
