Rosedale based employer is on the hunt for dedicated individuals to join our team as Experienced Groomers. As an Experienced Groomer you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch pet grooming services to our furry clients. Key Responsibilities include: Providing warm, friendly and inviting customer services, conducting consultations with owners, assessing coat conditions and appropriate styles; cost estimations and incident management. In addition, your core function will be to ensure during grooming that the safety and well-being for the animals is maintained, documenting any wounds/infections/concerns; upselling and scheduling future appointments; addressing any behavioural concerns and supervise and coach other staff to ensure standards are adhered to across the business. Job Requirements
Pre-requisites: - Customer focused - Organised and detail-orientated, adhering to grooming procedures - Proficient in grooming techniques - Acquired a level 4 relevant certificate and have 2-3 years experience in pet grooming - Be a positive, cheerful and enthusiastic team player - Genuine love for dogs and animals - Available to work at least 1 weekend day - Able to pass police check and drug test
