A Registered Charitable Trust seeks a seasoned Social Worker to guide rangatahi towards brighter futures using cutting-edge trauma-informed practices in our Wellington specialist group Whare.
Our Whare: Therapeutic haven for up to 5 young men 24/7 support, 365 days a year Pioneering trauma-responsive care. Your Role (20 hours/week + on-call). Craft individualised care plans using trauma-informed approaches Lead innovative group programmes Bridge connections between rangatahi, whanau, Residential Youth Workers and support networks.

Job Requirements
• Full SWRB registration with current APC (required) • 3+ years as a youth social worker (preferred) • Deep understanding of trauma-informed care • Experience applying Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles. • Must pass the Children Worker Checklist - Police Vetting etc.
