Engineer Graduate

This permanent role is part of our KiwiRail operations, and you will be working across but not limited to infrastructure and compliance, asset management, production and delivery, projects and more. There might be also opportunities for you to rotate through other business units during your graduate programme. An exciting and comprehensive 2- year rotational programme which will see you pushed out of your comfort zone and growing toward your full potential Assist with project work as determined by your manager relating to your qualification, based on the needs of the business Provide generalist support in the delivery of projects and professional assignments Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the team to assist with project concepts, design and implementation. This role will be based in Dunedin but will be working closely with our project and design teams in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch throughout the grad rotations.

Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Construction, Geotech or Environmental Engineering (Other technical engineering roles welcome) Have recently graduated (within the last two years) or be graduating ready to start Feb 2025 Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships quickly and effectively A curious, proactive and innovative mindset Must be a New Zealand Citizen or Resident
