Office Administrator
About this job
Provide general administrative support to the management and team, including handling correspondence, filing and maintaining office systems. Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, documents and presentations. Manage schedules and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the team. Maintain accurate records and manage data entry for various company systems and database. Handle customer inquiries, phone calls and emails ensuring timely and professional communication. Support the accounts team with invoicing, billing and basic bookkeeping tasks. Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions. Assist in coordinating staff training, onboarding, and HR documentation. Liaise with external vendors, suppliers and contractors as needed for office-related tasks. Perform any other administrative duties as required to support the efficient running of the business.
Job Requirements
Relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. availability to work on weekends. Self-motivated and a passionate individual. Hardworking individuals. Multi-tasker team-worker.
- Days of work
- Monday to Sunday between 7am and 7pm. We also do on-call emergency services as well. (30 hours per week)
