About this job
Hands-on Baker for the afternoon shift 12 noon to 9 pm. You will have experience in production and time management you will have experience in Making Danish croissant, flakey pastry, yeast dough, sponges cakes and slices.
Responsibility
Ensure that recipes and measurements are strictly adhered to, to ensure food safety, consistency, quality, and cost control and equipment maintainence. Follow set policies to maintain standards for food safety in all food preparation areas Ensure all equipment is well maintained, and operational and all work environments are kept clean and organised.
Job Requirements
Must PASS Drug TEST and Police check A solid understanding of production, Baking Yeast dough Lamination - Flakey Pastry Crossant Danish Dough A commitment to excellence Proven experience as baker or relevant role Great attention to detail NZ Register Diploma or equivalent or 3 years experience in a professional kitchen
