Barista / Shift Leader

A central position in our service orientated team responsible for: consistently creating and serving well balanced quality coffee to happy customers contributing to and ensuring smooth daily operations, and efficient opening and closing working flexibly across the team covering all FOH responsibilities supporting the management of group and meeting bookings and their execution supporting stock management and ordering covering for our FOH Team Leaders when required to ensure everything stays on track

We’re looking for someone who: takes pride in their skills, and has a few years of solid barista experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is ideally familiar with La Marzocco, knows their way around coffee, and has a passion for both sharing their expertise with others, and continuing their own professional development is kind, warm and friendly, with a knack for excellent customer service has experience supervising, training and inspiring others is a great communicator, who enjoys working as part of a team and leading by example
