Team Leader - Horticulture

An opportunity you don’t want to miss out on has become available. Our Hope employer currently has an opening for a “Team Coordinator” role within their Apple Orchard. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the inner workings of the Orchard's management team. With this role you will be working directly with the owners of the business, being part of the decision-making process, and have a direct positive impact on their team and the growing of their delicious high-quality apples.

For this role you need: - A history in horticulture leading teams and past management experience - Excellent time management & organisation skills - Strong understanding and high standards with Health & Safety processes - Ability to be flexible around daily changes and able to prioritise your workload - Great eye for detail - Experience with improving individual and team performance results - Tech savvy and enjoys working with numbers - A good level of physical fitness and a love for working in the outdoors.

Further understanding of crop load, yearly spray plans, and orchard management plans would be an advantage. If you are looking for a new challenge, in a business where you can be part of an already establish leadership team then we would love to hear from you.
