Advisor, Human Resources

We’re looking for someone with 2 -3 years experience in the HR Advisory space to come and help us ensure our managers are fully supported for a seamless HR service experience.

We’re a small organisation with a big work programme, so are looking for someone who is delivery focused while building effective and constructive relationships across the team and wider organisation. You will have the chance to get involved, and lead pieces of work, but you won’t be on your own with the HR team there to provide support and assistance at all times.

• At least 2 – 3 years experience in human resources, preferably with experience in a generalist background. • Experience working in partnership with others to deliver good outcomes. • Knowledge of current HR principles and best practice across the employment life cycle. • A positive attitude and a commitment to our values. • Must be able to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Records check. • Must have an up to date CV and Cover Letter.
