Sales Assistant - Petrol Station

Petrol Station in Waimauku is needing a Sales Assistant to join their team.

Key Duties:

1) Engage with customers, asks questions and drive sales. 2) Support the Store Manager with an array of operational tasks and projects, including stock ordering, stock take, banking, cash handling, merchandising and much more. 3) Restocking depleted or low store items. 4) Attending to customers who require assistance at the pumps. 5) Labelling goods and ensuring the correct price is displayed. 6) Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards according to established guidelines. 7) Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. 8) Performing end-of-day cleaning duties, which includes wiping down windows, mirrors, and fixtures as well as sweeping and mopping the shop floor. 9) Processing customer payments using the store's Point of Sale (POS) system. 10) Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed. 11) Any other duties as required to ensure the effective operation of the store
