Pizza Cook

Kaikohe - Positions are available in our local pizza store. You will have strong customer service skills, able to prepare batches of food cooked to order. Ensure food preparation areas are kept clean. Work well with our team and be a good communicator. Perform other duties required for this busy store. Prepares batches of food that are cooked to order; this may include such food items as pizza dough, Prep line etc. Operates large-volume cooking equipment such as dough mixers, dough roller, make table or deep fryers Prepares and cooks food according to instructions provided on food order slips or through verbal directions Multitasks by cooking several different orders at once Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils Prepares, washes, and cuts food to be cooked Ensure food storage is carried out as per company standards Work collaboratively with kitchen team Communicate effectively with staff and management Perform any other duties as required by the employer Attend training sessions and meetings as required. Pass drug test Pass MOJ vetting Class 1 driver licence Restricted/Full
