PA to Support House Manager

We have a vacancy for an admin superstar to join our dedicated and friendly team as PA to Support House Manager, part time, 20 hours per week. As the right hand to the Manager, you will be a savvy administrator, strong technical abilities, proficient in Microsoft 365, able to gather information, prepare draft contract reports and maintain the compliance of administrative and process for the organisation. No two days are the same, from ensuring the office is maintained as a safe place with a welcoming manner, keeping records up to date, ensuring health and safety requirements are met to supporting the Support House Manager and team to fulfill their workloads. A high level of confidentiality is required, as is a good level of administrative experience, in this role you will be the go to for a bit of IT support, meeting organisation and minute taking, taking the lead on in house events and coordinating with community activities. Taking the lead on community newsletter and social media is important, so a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal expertise. We are a tight knit team, we collaborate with each other and support each other to ensure we can deliver our service to the community. There is some flexibility around days and hours of work, with the priority to ensure there is cover at weekly staff meetings and backing up the Administrator as necessary. Suitable applicants will be required to undergo a police check and working with children vetting as part of the recruitment process.
