About this job
• Assist in driving continuous improvement, productivity, and business growth. • Assist in staff training, supervising and performance management to ensure that everyone is performing adequately in their role. • Ensuring that communication between sites is ongoing and utilised to maintain an environment of continuous improvement. • Identifying any skills gaps and assist in undertaking a recruitment and training programme to support fulfil these. • Assist in implementation of new policies and procedures. • Ensuring key performance indicators are in place and targets are met. • Ensuring business complies with relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures. • Assist in purchasing of operating tools, equipment, and machinery. • Ensure business compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
Job Requirements
Must have at least 1 year supervising experience or a level 3 qualification Full Driver's Licence Pass a pre-employment drug test and Pass a Ministry of Justice check
- Days of work
- Monday to Sunday. Hours to be discussed with the employer. (30 hours per week)
