Job Responsibilities: 1. Control day-to-day operations by scheduling the labor, ordering food and supplies and developing team members. 2. Assist the Store Manager in maintaining the integrity of the product. 3. Assist the Store Manager to serve high-quality product to customers and ensure good quality of food and 100% customer satisfaction. 4. Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions. 5. Manage Shift Supervisors and Team Members. 6. Ensure national and local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are met. 7. Assist the Store Manager with recruitment, interviewing and hiring of team members, motivate and train team members as required. 8. Negotiate competitive deals with customers for large orders with approval from manager and is involved in the marketing of catering for large functions. 9. Ensure a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviours of the team. 10. Attend and assist in conducting regular staff meetings.

Job Offers 1. Full time permanent employment 2. A minimum of 30 hours a week 3. 7 days a week work (30 hours per week). Weekend availability and late night shifts as store closes at 11pm so it takes another 30min to finish the closing. 4. $29.66 per hour

Physically fit: as you need to lift the weights more than 15kgs so need to be physically fit to perform the tasks Duty Manager experience (any retail) for at least 6 months or more, (Duty manager licence not required for this role)
