A local Taupo employer is looking to employ a Assistant Restaurant Manager for a high-quality Restaurant/Lodge. This is a full time 40 hours a week role
Duties include – Supervising training and coordinating F & B staff, being in charge of restaurant as needed, maintaining service levels, ensuring knowledge of menu & wine list, assisting the Restaurant Manager with special projects. Liaising with other departments. This role will work a varied roster across breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Full availability will be required across weekdays, weekends and public holidays. At least 1 year of experience in high quality restaurants, hotels, or boutique lodges at assistant restaurant manager or restaurant manager level. Be able to get to work for any shift and be available to work between 40-43 hours per week.
