Cafe Manager

A well established Cafe is looking for a Super Star.

• Managing staff to perform their duties as listed below and a working as a team member. • Overseeing FOH/BOH and helping where necessary. • Maintaining and ordering stocks for FOH and BOH • Cashing up at the end of the day • Ensuring that the food cabinet is looking full and presentable at 10am at the latest • Ensuring guests are provided with 100% service at all times • Ensuring the prompt delivery of beverage and food items to customers • Ensuring that tables are cleared and set up promptly both in inside and outside areas • Ensure that all equipment and stocks for daily operation are available • Ensuring an inviting atmosphere to all guests by maintaining a presentable area for guests with special attention to table tops, chairs, floors and rest room facilities • Ensure food cabinets are replenished and well-presented throughout the day • Check that staff have accurately filled out timesheet for payroll

• A minimum of 3 years in hospitality and had experience as a supervisor and/or duty manager. • Previous experience in managing people to achieve results, relating well with staff and customers • Have excellent time management skills, high energy level and be motivated and committed to consistently high standards. • Be a great communicator, Honesty, and ethics above reproach. • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy• Possess a strong customer focus. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Be adaptable to change. • Have experience with cashing up and POS till systems. • Must be able to pass a MOJ.
