A Wellington restaurant is looking for a Cook who is experienced in cooking Japanese or Chinese cuisine to join their team. Duties of this role include but will not be limited to; * control food quality and stock control * design and produce new dishes * manage kitchen and supervise staff * assist in menu planning * ensure all food safety and health and safety standards are met * manage general kitchen stock and budget * cost dishes out and other duties as required.
Job Requirements
Must have previous working experience with Asian cooking
