Management Trainee - Hospitality

Ideally, you will already come with supervisory or management experience and feel ready to take the next step to your career in management. Or, you could be earlier in your management journey and ready to take the leap and start learning key management skills. The important ingredient is the desire to learn and progress.

Management structure starts at Shift Manager, moves into 3rd Assistant Manager then 2nd Assistant Manager and through these positions, you will be trained to gain skills needed to join the next generation of Shop Managers.

Successful candidates will understand that Hospitality Management can be rewarding and fun, but not without its challenges. You'll need to be available to work nights and weekends (no crazy after midnight stuff though!), thrive on the pressure of a busy service and be open to feedback. You'll need to pick up the mop, serve customers and work the grills regularly and training team members never stops.
