Restaurant Manager
About this job
Managing the restaurant operations in the efficient way. ● Recruitment /induction and training/development of employees in line with the company standards and requirements - you will lead by example! ● Managing stock ordering weekly in coordination with the kitchen team ● Manage cash balances and minimize wastage ● Perform inventory management and stock control including weekly stock take. ● Analyze the Weekly Sales & Inventory Report to improve the business along with the company owners ● Handle unresolved and/or escalated customer complaints ● Budgeting and financial transactions. ● Planning menus in consultation with Chefs. ● Assist in taking orders when required.
Job Requirements
One year of relevant work experience • A Duty Manager certificate is highly preferable. • Relevant qualification is highly preferable. • Knowledge of Indian food is strongly preferable. • Available to work late evening shifts • Available to work on weekends. • Leadership skills • Team worker and Interpersonal skills • Attention to detail • Multi-tasker
