Kiwifruit Orchard Supervisors

•Supervise both permanent and seasonal workforce, overseeing all aspects of their roles and responsibilities. • Assist the management in training and guiding orchard staff and contractors during seasonal activities. •Record and submit staff timesheets, managing working hours accurately. •Aid in planning and prioritizing workloads to optimize productivity. •Review staff performance and provide constructive feedback to management. •Maintain clear communication with the Director/Manager to ensure daily tasks are performed to the highest standards. •Ensure adherence to health and safety standards at all times.

• Available to work on weekends. • Prior experience is not mandatory, as training will be provided. • Physically fit and healthy. • Team worker. • Hardworking and passionate about work. • Attention to detail. • Able to pass random drug tests. • No convictions in the past seven years.
